I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Damn that Friday workout must have been tiring!

Do you use the 10 reps on the down-slope of your DL ramp purely as a warmdown or is there a focus on extra volume?

Thanks for looking in dylanamus.
It's more of a volume thing I guess. If i'm not doing a 1x5 main work set and only doing singles or doubles, I feel a bit cheated by not doing a bit more.

Monday 13 July 09
Squats - 135kg 3x3 100kg 1x10
Bench - 60kg 3x3
R Dips - 15kg 3x10

Squats - 135s felt heavier than on Friday. 100x10 left me sweating nicely though.
Bench - light night.
R Dips - solid and room for more weight.

Ah - stroll on Wednesday - I need some milk.

Just wasn't there - tried 4 times but it was well and truely stuck to the floor.
I guess that's how it goes - maybe just not quite ready - it'll come though.
