I spend 12 days on boy-scout camp and though I was unable to do any form of exercising, unable to eat 'the good stuff' ... I managed to keep my weight in check. 0.0kg change.
Had a first workout yesterday since coming back. Boy was it hard.
I will also be going to the South of France as of mid next week (Pont-Saint-Esprit area, South of Ardêche), will do some BW exercises there though. Lots of rocks to lift and trees to climb

Throw in a WO with 50-60% of your normal weights but double the volume. That'll teach you to let things slip
