I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hi, hope by keeping this log i can keep myself motivated!!!!!

Hieght 173cm
Weight 88kg
Body Fat 23%
I have completed 3 sessions now and i am a little tired. Here's my log:


Monday 29/6/09 Wednesday 1/7/09 Friday 3/7/09

Squat 70kg Squat 75kg Squat 80kg
Bench P 50kg OHP 30kg Bench P 55kg
Inverted R 4,3,2 Dead Lift 90kg Inverted R 5,3,2
Push Up 17,13,11 Chin ups 3,2,1 Push Up 18,12,11
Reverse C 3x12 Prone B 3x30 sec Reverse C 3x12

I have been going to the gym for a year now without much progress.The lifts i completed on friday are close to my maximum and i went straight to them as i feel i have good technique and i know what i can lift. I really hope that this routine can push me to lose fat and get out of my comfort zone.
