Hey, i'm a jumper/sprinter, and i love studying nutrition. I'm on a dual factor training method, and right now in the deloading phase. But since i've been low carbing it, i think i might have been suffering in performance, i'm gonna start the anabolic diet, hope it goes well. But my thinking abilities diminish in school a bit in a ketogenic state, sooo i might add a few fruits to maintain a steady supply of liver glycogen. Who knows, but i'm ready to learn a lot from this site, so great to be here i guess
