I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Damn thats expensive.. it only costs $2.40 USD here in Australia. Even for expensive brands and fancy varieties it's under $4USD per 3L.

As a scrawny asian boy, i weighed 50kg and as much as i ate i relentlessly stayed at that weight
Atm im 6ft 1 (183cm) and weigh 72kg

I suggest weightgainer with GOMAD but with less milk
i was 110lb (50kg) 10/5/08
I combined weight mass gainer with a glass of milk, morning and post workout
and in about a month i weighed (60kg) 9/6/08
then i continued abit more till i was around 68kg

Milk is really good with protein shake, not only that its thick
but you feel heaps full after each time you drink it.
Where i live milk is cheap (AU cows :D)
So just saying, if you can afford weight gainer, take it with milk
you'll definetly gain 25lbs (11kg) in around a month

Whole milk is less than USD$2 right now in Wisconsin. The price has plummeted recently.
