Did a search, read through a few articles, forum posts and the e-book again but still need a bit of clarification.
It seems the goal that triggers the switch over from BW dips to weighted dips is completing 10 reps on the first set of 3xF.
Now for the questions:
Once on weighted dips, what is the template to follow - 3x5 or something else?
What is the starting weight?
What is the standard weight increase?
What is the trigger to increase weight - prescribed progression or completed reps or something else?
