I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

What do you think of my current progress?

Building strength, speed & power, training programs, routines, breaking plateaus.

What do you think of my current progress?

After i spoke to Mehdi to tell him of my progress I decided to post my pics here. I had several months fitness coaching with him which I highly recommend. I'm 17 now btw, I was 16 during the coaching. Anyway here are my pics, I feel that I want to continue fat loss till visible abs as it would give my physique a "complete" look...I feel that's what's missing at the moment. Let me know your thoughts and critique! Thanks!

Well done. Hard to say what the progress is as we can't see what you looked like before, but you're certainly building up a solid musculature and I'm sure Medhi will help considerably in the future. Keep it up!
