I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

my friend took a picture of me with an airsoft gun, made a silhouette in front of a target and named it "Sallacity". I like it because it makes me look badass.

How did you get a picture of yourself in a hotel gym?? And resistance tubes? When I first saw the picture I thought it was cables.

Cell phone camera has a setting for 5 or 10 second delay. I took a few other pictures that day which I posted in my log. I took them as my "before" pics since I plan to drop a few pounds.

It was a weird little setup they had in the hotel. They had some cables and some resitance tubes but those were the tubes. I mostly did bodyweight exercises there though.

I need to catch up on your log. I think the last time I was reading it I stopped at the 4th page. And I don't like posting in someone's log without reading it first.

Links to the pics are on page 14 of my log. I'm planning to drop around 10 - 15 lbs. Need to weigh myself and see if I lost any yet.

After reading all these i had to go on a quest to find and avatar...

Mines Mark Twight from GymJones... Mark served as one of the major sources of inspiration for my transformation. I plan on participating in their online coaching group Salvation someday (after Stronglifts, SS, and 3/2/1) as a payback.
