It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

What is the name of the exercise where you dead lift the bar, then powerclean it front squat it and shoulder press it all in one?

I have a feeling you're thinking of a
squat clean & press rather than a DL/PC/FS/OHP.
edit: LTL beat me to it.

From your description LTL sounds right. You mean the olympic lift right?

No I was looking for the Bear, and my description was totally off because those aren't even the right exercises used in the Bear.
