I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

For myself it's legs. But i never have been around long enough in one place to get an overview from a good range of people.

I don't find it especially harder to build any one muscle group over another, especially on a program like SL 5x5. As long as I am hitting all parts of my body, I tend to progress fairly evenly. If I had to pick, I guess I would say my forearms, but even that is stretching it a bit.

Forearms i agree yes. I recently wrote an article on that, as i have spent years trying to keep them up. The full body workout is usually enough, but not when one has long limbs. Damn hard work

I am a mad ectomorph with long ass arms. For some reason, (I'm sure mechanical and part genetic) my shoulders are the hardest to develop. They seem pretty strong but they are quite small. It may have to do with my long ass biceps or forearms (which are both very developed compared to my shoulders).

Hoping they come up to speed once my OHp weight gets a bit tougher.

Yes, calves can be difficult as well.
