I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

You use it to help repave small pathways in rural and out of the way places. It's a lot easier than getting a steamroller on site.

Hard to imagine a dumbbell so heavy the bar bows when picked up....

Its ok, but its really only useful on light days or for high rep work. Now that they're not using pluto as a planet anymore I usually just curl that when I go heavy.

Im going to go home and cut one of my standard 1" bars in half and make one for display so people think Im a badass! I'd have to add the plates on the rack though, no way Im lifting that thing off the floor.
Could it be Andy Boltons tricep kickback?
