I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Def agree Guillaume. I wondered where was this book in high school or heck even sooner. Should be mandatory reading.
He's going to get better results than you. Why? Because you go through the motions of training with all the intensity of a fat guy channell surfing, and He leaves blood on the barbell.

Just read:
Learn to be a mind reader by Henri Fexeus. Basically a book about body language and how to influence others. Pretty interesting read.
Learn how to study, a book about effective studying. Really needed to read that because I was smart enough to coast through every class before university level and doing so made me have absolutely terrible work/study ethic.

Currently reading:
Social Intellect by Daniel Goleman, about social interactions, body language etc.
In the heart of Jihad by Omar Nasiri, written by a guy who worked as a spy for western intelligence agencies in terrorist organisations. Should be fairly interesting.
Natasha: Victims of the sex trade by Victor Malarek, a book about prostitution and human trafficking.
