I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Whats Your SL5x5 Physique Goal...

Postby oggynosh on Wed Oct 07, 2009 9:40 pm

Hey guys, I just opened this thread to know what's your LT physique goal with SL5x5, rippetoe or any other program..

Do u wanna get a body like Arnold's , or maybe u just want to get a body like Ronnie Coleman...which body type physique is your goal?

The physique I'd like to get would be one similar to Luke Guldan ... he won the GATORZ MR. FITNESS CONTEST of the WNBF

Now that is a hell of a physique Hasasanator, must be a bitch buying jeans!

I guess I would love to have a physique between the two. Something that can be maintained all year round, looks great in and out of clothes and looks strong. That would be only criticism of the OP pic's. The model doesn't look particularly strong. I'm not sure what that means exactly but once you look at the pic below the difference is stark.

I think the Model looks more natural than the other guy from the pic...building a body between both physiques would be awesome!...but I'd be satisified with a physique just like the model..

I was trying to think of an "in-between" physique and would love to have a physique comparable to this, without the short shorts

My main goal is to become stronger and more athletic and any positive changes to my physique from this are welcome (muscle mass, correct posture and loss of bodyfat), so I don't really have any physique goals.
I TO DEADLIFT if the weight isn't too heavy

Bigger and stronger, as long as I'm bigger and stronger I don't really care.
