I decided to test my one rep max on squats today, and now I'm pissed

The reason I'm mad is because I used to be able to squat 280lbs high bar, somehow I've gotten a lot weaker. I know I could've done 265X1, but thought for sure I was going to do 275 at least, so I made the jump from 245 to 275. I guess technically my 1RM is 245 now

Oh well, now next time I test it it will increase a lot.
BTW, i never realized how hard it is to hold that much weight on my back compared to high bar where it's easy. idk if Im doing something wrong or not. Maybe I'll film it. Tomorrow I'm resting, and Monday I start back up with workout B
