I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I made an article for StrongLifts. Its currently under deletion. If Medhi or anyone has any reliable, third-party, published sources, it would help improve the article and keep it. Anyone more knowledgable with StrongLifts can improve the article if they wish

If Mehdi doesnt want an article, i will leave it until it gets deleted.

Thanks for that Portillo. Why is it under deletion? What do they need?

Heres what we need. If you find cant any of this stuff on Stronglifts, then try to give me something on the 5x5 program.

"Sources," for notability purposes, should be secondary sources, as those provide the most objective evidence of notability. The number and nature of reliable sources needed varies depending on the depth of coverage and quality of the sources. Multiple sources are generally preferred.

"Independent of the subject" excludes works produced by those affiliated with the subject including (but not limited to): self-publicity, advertising, self-published material by the subject, autobiographies, press releases, etc.

"Presumed" means that substantive coverage in reliable sources establishes a presumption, not a guarantee, that a subject is suitable for inclusion. Editors may reach a consensus that although a topic meets this criterion, it is not appropriate for a standalone article.

I use Wikipedia alot but im not into the technical side of things, so basically do you have any 3rd party sources that are a recognized authority, that has published an article on Stronglifts/5x5?

Wikipedia articles should rely primarily on reliable, third-party, published sources. Reliable sources are credible published materials with a reliable publication process; their authors are generally regarded as trustworthy or authoritative in relation to the subject at hand. How reliable a source is depends on context. As a rule of thumb, the more people engaged in checking facts, analyzing legal issues, and scrutinizing the writing, the more reliable the publication. Sources should directly support the information as it is presented in an article and should be appropriate to the claims made; if an article topic has no reliable sources, Wikipedia should not have an article on it.

Hope this helps!
