I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

squat 225 3x5
not too hard. i should review some form and make sure i get it more right now. also, more ham flexibility will be nice.

bench 195 4/4/2
lol at the 2. triceps seem to be my sticky point, as i can get it up a few inches before i stall. coulda gotten 5 on set1, but pussied out at the sticky point and asked for help. FTL!

deadlift 315x5, 325x4.99999
im a retard again and did the wrong weight. very taxing, upper back seems to round now on 325. VERy close to lockout on rep5, but messed it up somehow. need to review deadlift form as i do not notice my glutes being utilized that much and my lower back is tired right now.

dips 60lb 3x5
some goon took the belt AGAIN and decided not to return it. so i used a dumbell. a little harder than i expected since i've gone up to 70 before. perhaps the bench taxed me.

ive witnessed mediocre workouts recently and i am not happy!! iron poisoned again. hurray for college tap water :D couldnt sleep on saturday and had about 0 appetite all wknd. eating would bring stomach pains. i was about to give birth.
anyways!

squat 235
ripped my 4th boxer. i need to make sure i wear the right ones from now on, this is ridiculous. couldnt focus, i tihnk form is deteriorating. some reading is needed for all lifts.

press 135 4/4/3
form was bad, tris felt sore afterwards. might have been a factor in this nonimprovement.

row 175 3x5
form is better. i need to reread nonetheless

pullups bw 10/8/4
im not good at supine pullups nor endurance. some goon stole the dip belt! i think he really stole it!!! its been missing for 3 workouts :P
