I've been around for some while. But this is my very first post.
Let me cut a very, very long story short: on June 2, 2006, I had a hydrostatic weighing session done. The result was 120.9 Kg / 266.9 lbs at 42% body fat. My current weight is 68.5 Kg / 151.2 lbs at 8% body fat. At 1.75 m / 5”9’, I’m a bit on the skinny side, I know.
After over two years of dieting, there is no way that I can return to a normal caloric intake overnight. This will take a few weeks or even months. At age 41, I do have the time it takes because until age 39, I didn’t even know what a gym looked like on the inside.
Okay, that’s enough talking.

Before you ask …
I’m always the first one to arrive at the gym when I Bench Press because five minutes later I’d have to stand in line. That’s why Bench Press comes first in W/o A. There’s only one squat stand, but I’m the only one who uses it anyway, so that’s no problem.
I never work to failure, that’s why all bodyweight and barbell exercises will be treated equally. If I can do the reps, I’ll add weight to my waist for the Pull Ups and Chest Dips. I do Hanging Leg Lifts because it is the most challenging abs exercise there is. And yes, even modified, the program will work, period. If it doesn’t, then it’s my fault.
On off days, I’ll do some cardio. This will be running 5000 m on sunny days and rope jumping @ 180 rpm for 30 minutes on rainy days. Not for fat loss, but for cardiovascular health.
