    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Hey guys i was wondering... what was your starting body fat % before and your current bf %? now on SL5x5 ? and how long have been on the program?? im just curious.. ive been on it for about two months and was wondering when the physical changes will start coming!? thanks!!!

you should proly see visula results by now. but best weigh is tracking strength increase and body fat%

I have absolutely no idea what my bf% was then or is now, but i can see a great improvement visually and so i know there's been some decreases.
Goals:
Squat- 315 lbs 5x5
Deadlift- 400 lbs 1x5 (regular grip)
Press- 205 lbs 1x5
Current (known) 1RM:
Squat: 371 lbs
Clean: 220 lbs

My body fat was at 14% before SL 5x5. Now I'm at 12%. I've hit a platue on body fat, but I'm not really worried about it. It'll go down on it's own, I just need to stick to a clean diet, and my body will adapt.
