In this free video you'll see me working towards an easy Deadlift with 451lb (that's 205kg or over 2.7x my own body-weight).

I put this Deadlift video together because many guys had been asking me for this after seeing the previous Squat video. So please do me a favor and share this free Deadlift video with to your friends so they too discover how to Deadlift with proper form. Just send them this link: http://youtu.be/WP8lEbeY4LM

Thanks for the video Mehdi. You demonstrate excellent form and it’s a great example for us not-so-experienced people!

Personally I am finding Bent Over Rows a little tricky to get right (especially when very heavy) and I’d like to see a ‘perfect’ Overhead Press too. Videos of those would be super-appreciated!

    :)

Yes please, a video for overhead press!

Last time I checked there is a video for bent rows on the stronglifts website.
It would be good to see videos for each movement performed by Mehdi himself.
Ideally with a voice over similar to the squat video.

    Cheers,
    Alex

Very nice video, thanks a lot Medhi!
It is so helpful and instructive to SEE the different exercises performed by you, because its much easier to get the technique right when combining one of your articles with a video of the equivalent exercise.

I’d like to second that request – videos of the Row and Press would be great …

  5. Chris says:

Thank you. Your videos have helped me so much. Please post videos of the other lifts too; especially the Pendlay Row. I just watched the Bench Press video so I figured I would beg for the others too.

Can you make a video for over head press and squats too? It;d be appreciated. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words and the average video is 30 frames per second. So 30,000 words per second from your vids are really helpful
