Possibly, Pitt is in the 150-155 pound range, and between 5-10, 6-0 feet tall. I was wondering on his body dimensions. Maybe the following:
neck: 15.5 inches
Chest: 37-38
Bisceps: 13.5 - 14
Forearms: 11-12
Waist: 30-31
Thighs: 20-22
These are similar to a middle weight boxer.
Any suggestions on whether I am correct or not?

I have lifted for 13 years now, I used to be a proffesional racing driver, so I didnt train for size that much, just strength and condition.

You can see my pics from 3 years ago on www.myspace.com/garethridpath
I have a very similar shape to "Fight Club" Brad in those pictures, and at 5'10" I can honestly tell you I weighted 158lb or aprox 72kg with a 9-10% bodyfat...

3 years on, having retired from racing, I altered my training so that I wasn't 'Boiled Down' to a weight class and I now weigh 176lb or 80 kg with a similarly low 12% Bodyfat and I can tell you that I now look Much larger than Brad in Fight Club....

My estimate... if his height is similar to mine is that he is around 163-168lb, depending of course on his skeletal structure which looks medium, his condition is good .... but as a few have mentioned his proportion isn't that great, kinda looks like he concentrates on the "Glory muscles" ie Arms and abs...

Look at well conditioned boxers, say middleweight, Brad looks like that... given that they dry out to 160lb and then fight around 168 I'd put him in that range....

Hope this helps
Best Wishes

If getting a physique like Brad Pitt inspires people to get out there and workout then I'm all for it. It's when people try to have his face, his clothes, personality etc...that becomes a problem. Inspiration is great but imitation is not. There is no problem with wanting to achieve this lean, muscular physique. Seek out knowledge on different types of training and nutrition. Don't hold your self slave to one way of achieving your goal. Don't think cardio is the way or heavy lifting is the way. Not to diminish the importance of the two but you'll be surprise of how many different styles of training is out there.

"The Fight Club Workout. You have different genetics than Brad Pitt. Different muscle shapes, body type, length of bones, etc. Even if you do the same sets, reps, exercises & diet as Brad Pitt, you’d still not have his body.

Big shoulders give an impression of size: they widen your torso. Pitt focused on shoulders & arms. No Squats, no Deadlifts, no legs. Only high rep isolation exercises, building a disproportionate physique."

And how would you know that he didn't do any squats or deadlifts?

People said that the guys on the movie 300 hundred must of have worked out for years to get in the kind of shape there were in the movie but actually it took them 8 to 12 weeks. Here is a link that shows you the transformation. http://www.gymjones.com/knowledge.php?id=36

I rather admire the body of Bruce Lee. He was thinner and much more muscular than Brad.

I agree. I never understood why people would want to look like Brad Pitt. I always thought he was too skinny. However, I would like his bodyfat percentage, just with more muscle. I have always had a much easier time building muscle than losing fat, though.

totally agree, Harsh. Statham has a great build. In either case, though, I got what I got, so I hope I am making the best of it. Ha!
