What I’ll Do During The Holidays. I won’t celebrate Thanksgiving because we don’t do that in Belgium. But I’ll celebrate Christmas & New Year. I’ll eat & drink whatever comes to the table, including junk food & alcohol, if I feel like it.
Training-wise, I might take a break from December 23rd until January 4th. Much depends on how I feel with all the partying that will go on.
This is what I’ve been doing during the past years and it always worked. Here’s why: it doesn’t matter what you do during the holidays. What matters is what you do the rest of the year, between New Year & Thanksgiving/Christmas.
