First post of 2010. And I have a free video for you. Click this link now to see it: http://stronglifts.com/mind-movies/

Many readers have posted their goals for 2010 in the forum. But unfortunately, studies show only 12% of people achieve their New Year’s Resolutions. Watch this video to learn how not to be part of the 88% of people that will fail.

The video is free and will start playing automatically. You can watch it by going here: http://stronglifts.com/mind-movies/

Here are some things you’ll learn inside this free video:

  • How and why visualizations work
  • How to get your subconscious mind to agree with your conscious mind
  • The one thing that can make any visualization tool more effective
  • How to ignite your motivation towards any goal
  • and much more

In the next couple of days you’ll get more info about why people don’t achieve their New Year’s Resolutions, how to ensure success and why Mind Movies were key to achieving my goals in the past and will continue to be in 2010.

Meanwhile, watch this free video while it’s still available. Here’s the link again: http://stronglifts.com/mind-movies/

Talk to you soon,

-Mehdi

Merry Christmas to you & your family and best wishes for 2010!

New Year is always a time for me to reflect on the past year: where am I, where am I coming from & where do I want to go next. It’s been an awesome year for me in all areas, crazy how much you can do in 1 year.

  • became an early riser (6am)
  • built new social circle from scratch
  • eliminated productivity issues
  • did long-term travelling
  • intermittent fasting
  • doubled income
  • etc

This is the last post of 2009. I’ll keep working in between all the partying, but I won’t publish new posts. Remember you have the forum with new discussions every day and it’s free. Here’s the monthly overview.

Blog Posts December 2009.

Best of Forum December 2009.
The StrongLifts.com forum counts now 7700 members & 180k posts. Many members say the forum is key to keeping them motivated. Here are my favorite discussions this month:

You can keep a training log for free in the forum. Record the weights you lifted and how you felt. Get advice from other members and compete with them. The training logs are great motivators. I highly recommend you to start one.

You can discuss blog posts in the article section. I’m committed to answer your questions, even if they’re controversial. I’m open minded and don’t pretend to know everything. Please join the convo with the same mindset.
