SL Member Gregprince (40, Florida) Squats 515lbs for 5×5. Granted, not the best technique in the world, but this is 500lbs and Greg is doing the Smolov Squat routine. Is The Mind More Important Than the Body? Arnold Schwarzenegger said it was in the video that I shared. I must agree with Chad Asbrook: “It’s a chicken and egg question. In terms of working out- I understand why one would say the mind because motivation is probably the biggest factor and mind of matter is what gets you to lift those heavyweights. But the body is what gets you there. Sitting around and working out your mind and not your body will get you no results.”
