Made me kinda feel I need to eat more
Squats 5x5 95kg: Trying to concentrate on bettering my form. Depth is good and my back is straight but it just doesn't feel quite right when coming up. Perhaps I should video myself doing these so everyone in here can bash at my bad form
Bench Press 5x5 (5,5,5,4,3) 70kg: Considering the last time I tried, it went 3,3,2 this was a major improvement.
Press Row 5x5 45kg: Nope, still doesn't feel anywhere.
Dips 3x5 12.5kg: Whew! The last rep was so wonky and shaky I'm surprised no one at the gym bursted laughing. It looked funny even to me.
Dragon Flags 3x5: Still negatives.. Though this has made a definite improvement on my core and I'm just waiting for the day I'm able to do it properly.
