Basic Rules
♦ You have to keep a training log to participate
♦ All lifts raw, except for a belt.
♦ All weights in pounds.
♦ The weight you have lifted for 1 rep max. No prediction based numbers.
♦ Lifts should be recent, within the last three months.
♦ 5RM or 5x5 is allowed, just keep in mind your 1RM will be higher.
♦ We'll remove you from the list if you haven't been active on the forum during the last 2 months.
The Lifts
♦ Squat: Full range of motion, breaking parallel.
♦ Deadlift: No straps.
♦ Bench: Full range of motion, no half or quarters.
To Participate
♦ Reply to this post using the quote function
♦ Add yourself to the list, mentioning: a) your training log link, b) your records for the listed lifts, c) your current bodyweight, d) your Wilks total.
♦ Updated your PR's and body weight each time by repeating the above
♦ Moderators will update the front page systematically
Wilks Totals
There are several calculators online to help you calculate a Wilks total. The purpose of the Wilk's total is to provide a leveling effect across weight classes. If you are unsure how to get your Wilks total via a calculator, please just ask in the thread when you post your total or weight updates.
