I don't know your views on weight gainers but according to my math, the cost would be practically the same as buying gallons of whole milk every day, the carb/protein/fat gains would be as big (if not bigger). But more importantly, you could easily down the scoops in like 500ml of milk instead of having a gallon a day.
I am currently starting a weight gain diet (1m75, 61kg now) and seeking the best way to do that. But wat do u guys think of the above?
