Although I was born and live in Belgium, and thus won’t celebrate Thanksgiving, about half of my StrongLifts Members, newsletter subscribers and Facebook Fans are Americans and will be celebrating Thanksgiving.
There’s 50% chance that you will too, so here’s some quick advice:
- Take the rest of the week off training
- Load up on the turkey and the pie
- Then hit a few PRs next Monday
The calorie spike and increased recovery should do you good.
