Here are few before/after pictures of some of my StrongLifts Members. Every single one of them did StrongLifts 5×5 (except James who started with the next program). Obviously, almost all of them moved to other programs afterwards, you’re supposed to progress.
The pictures are 100% genuine and NOT falsified. The quotes in the captions are their authentic words that I took from their success stories inside my community. These are REAL people, StrongLifts Members, not made up ones.
Bottom line: I’ve done it, they’ve done it, and you can do it too. There’s nothing “special” about them that you lack. I showed you pics and videos of teenagers, 20y, 30y, 40y, even 60y olds (there is also a 50y old 400lb Deadlifter with reconstructed ACL in the book). StrongLifts 5×5 works for virtually everyone.
